General rules and regulation for the processing of orders in the iBRE system:  Orders placed through the iBRE system are processed using the following rules: Orders placed on a business day until 15.00 hrs are processed on the day they have been placed with the bank; Orders placed on a business day after 15.00 hrs are processed on the next business day following the date of their placement with the bank; Orders placed on a day free from work – notwithstanding the time the order was placed with the bank – are processed on the first business day following the day when the orders were placed with the bank. Orders with future performance date are accepted on the date of placing thereof and processed by the bank on the date indicated in the content of the order; if the future performance date falls on a day free from work, the orders are processed by the bank on the first business day following the day free from work.   Exceptions to the general rules and regulations for the processing of orders within the iBRE system:  Domestic orders (in PLN or foreign currency) are processed between the accounts of the given Client and among the Clients at BRE Bank and from BRE Bank to the Client’s accounts at mBank and MultiBank (internal orders) placed on a business day until 18.00 hrs are processed on the day of submission thereof with the bank. Internal orders placed on a business day after 18.00 hrs are processed on the next business day after the date of placement thereof with the bank. Orders to cover import collection are accepted by the bank for processing on the date of placement thereof until 13.00 hrs. Orders placed after 13.00 hrs are processed on the next business day following the day of their placement with the bank. The foreign and domestic foreign currency orders (other than internal orders), including Regulated Payments that are not subject to settlement within the STP formula, placed on a business day until 13.00 hrs are processed on the day of placement thereof. Orders placed after the set hour are processed on the next business day following the day of placement thereof with the bank. Direct debit orders to pay are accepted by the bank until 13.00 hrs and transferred to the banks maintaining the debtors’ accounts on the next business day (or the day of payment of the obligation, if it is a future date). The transaction is settled on the date of transfer of the direct debit order to the bank maintaining the debtor’s account.
