From 17 to 19 October (from midnight on 17 Oct. to 6:00 am on 19 Oct.) mBank’s scope of operations will be limited.

On Monday, 19 October clients of the former MultiBank and Private Banking clients will gain access to mBank’s transaction service. This will be the last, already announced, stage of replacing the former brands with a one uniform brand. As a result, all clients will be able to use the same innovative solutions.

The launch of the transaction service requires data to be transferred between the IT systems. For this reason, the systems must be turned off.

Therefore, please be informed that from 17 to 19 October (from midnight on 17 Oct. to 6:00 am on 19 Oct.) mBank’s scope of operations will be limited.

The bank’s transaction service, mobile application and SMS system will not be working. As a result, transactions such as wire transfers and cash deposits will not be possible. mLine and the bank’s outlets working on the weekend will provide information only.

For almost the whole weekend the bank will execute payment card transactions. There will be no limits for clients wishing to withdraw cash from ATMs. In the aforesaid period, cards will be deactivated only: on Saturday from 5:00 am to 8:30 am and on Sunday from 1:00 am to 4:00 am.
