Handling EURO transactions on Good Friday

Amendments to the Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing an Integrated Bank Account at mBank S.A.

In Part I of the Regulations:
<ul>
<li>we&rsquo;ve added a provision saying that if you intend to deposit funds subject to protection under generally applicable laws, you must notify us about this and meet the conditions set out in the Regulations (Article 5 (7)),</li>
<li>we&rsquo;ve clarified that you must notify us immediately about any changes to the Specimen Signature Card (Article 15, Article 22), and that non-residents must confirm data changes in accordance with the rules set out in the Regulations (Article 15),</li>
<li>we&rsquo;ve specified the scope of a general power of attorney within the meaning of the Regulations by clarifying that an attorney-in-fact has the right to use the funds in an account to the same extent as the customer (Article 17 (1)),</li>
<li>we&rsquo;ve clarified that if you want to grant a power of attorney to use the funds in your bank account by correspondence, you must submit a written power of attorney with notarised signatures and copies of identity documents notarised as true copies to the bank (Article 19 (1) (2));</li>
<li>we&rsquo;ve added information about changes in cash services. To use cash services, you must submit an Application for Cash Services to the bank along with the relevant declarations. We provide cash services, including closed cash deposits and withdrawals, on the terms and conditions set out in the Regulations for Cash Services and in the Regulations (Article 41);</li>
<li>we&rsquo;ve modified the examples of important reasons authorising the bank to terminate a bank account agreement (Article 59): 1. we&rsquo;ve reworded Article 59 (2) (10) to indicate that a bank account agreement may be terminated if liquidation or enforcement proceedings were initiated against the customer, or if the customer is at risk of insolvency, 2. we&rsquo;ve added a new reason in Article 59 (2) (22) reading &ldquo;the Payment Service Provider&rsquo;s licence was revoked&rdquo;,</li>
<li>we&rsquo;ve added a provision that we can sign termination notices, statements of intent and knowledge and notifications: 1. using an electronic signature, or 2. in the case of statements of intent and knowledge and notifications related to banking activities, using an advanced electronic seal of the bank or a qualified electronic seal of the bank. (Article 76).</li>
</ul>
 In Part II of the Regulations:&nbsp;
<ul>

This is the first report that we have prepared in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). We are proud to present the progress of our strategy in the environmental, social and corporate governance dimensions, also highlighting the biggest challenges.

The double materiality assessment process carried out in 2024 helped us to better understand not only how the external environment affects us and what risks and opportunities this generates for our business, but also what impacts our operations have on the Group's key stakeholders and the natural environment.

<li>We finance environmentally sustainable projects. mBank's portfolio of investments in renewable energy sources reached PLN 4.8 billion, and under the current strategy we have already provided PLN 7.6 billion of sustainable financing, additionally mobilising PLN 8.5 billion of capital on the financial market. Sales of mortgages on properties with low energy demand (NZEB-10% standard) increased in 2024 to over 13% of the total volume of mortgage loans. mBank Group's Green Asset Ratio (GAR), calculated as part of the disclosures of the EU Taxonomy, is one of the highest in the sector!</li>
<li>We calculate the carbon footprint of our Scope 1, 2 and 8 out of 15 Scope 3 categories. We were the first bank in Poland to set science-based decarbonisation targets using the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) methodology.</li>
<li>From 1 January 2025, as many as 50% of investment solutions offered by mTFI promote environmental or social aspects.</li>
<li>Women account for 37.5% of the management bodies of mBank Group's main subsidiaries and 53% share in the succession programme.</li>
<li>In June 2024, together with the United Nations, as part of the UNEP FI initiative, mBank announced the goal of increasing and maintaining the financial resilience and well-being of Poles by supporting the management of expenses and building a financial cushion. The goal by the end of 2025 is to increase to minimum 50% the share of customers who believe they are financially resilient. In 2024, we achieved it by reaching 54%, leveraging the Personal Finance Manager (PFM) tool in our mobile application, which was already used by 1.92 million users at the end of 2024!</li>
<li>We are proud to remain a partner of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP) as a sponsor, as well as an institution providing financial support for fundraisers and the foundation itself.</li>

Changes in the Tariff of Banking Fees and Commissions of mBank for SME and Corporates

We made some cosmetic and minor changes, including:

<li>modification in the area of MT940/CAMT statements,</li>
<li>removal of fees and commissions for the Visa Business Prepaid Card (this card is no longer on offer),</li>
<li>correction of certain fees for third-party guarantees and import letters of credit.</li>

Electronic postal order and change in the price list of Poczta Polska for postal order

If you need a copy of the postal money order payment confirmation, you can submit a request to mBank Company Net . The scope of the data entered on the postal money order format and the format of the files will not change.
From 31st December 2024 we will change the price list for postal orders payable to Poczta Polska. This is due to a price change at the Poczta Polska and the digitization of the process.
