Amendments to the 'General Terms and Conditions of Cooperation with Clients with respect to Financial Market Transactions'.
Please be informed that mBank S.A. introduces amendments to the 'General Terms and Conditions of Cooperation with Clients with respect to Financial Market Transactions'.
The most important amendments are as follows:
We added a table containing the names of products offered by the Bank and matched them with the definitions used in the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.
We adjusted the Events of Default section to the bankruptcy law in force.
We added new information on the Bank Guarantee Fund.
We introduced more precise provisions about which address of the client can be used for correspondence in the case of introducing amendments to the General Terms and Conditions.
The amendments will take effect on 1 December 2016.
