Electric energy storage facilities improve the stability of the power grid, contribute to enhancing energy security, and increase the efficiency of renewable energy installations. Invest in an energy storage facility.
Apply for funding to the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW) under the program "Electric energy storage facilities and related infrastructure for improving the stability of the Polish power grid" financed from the Modernization Fund. The budget for this program amounts at PLN 4 150 000 000 of which up to PLN 3 735 000 000 in the subsidy form.
who is it for?
entrepreneurs implementing or planning investments in electric energy storage facilities connected to the power grid
with a capacity of at least 2 MW and
a storage capacity of at least 4 MWh
additionally, they want to receive funding for the grid connection and accompanying infrastructure, as well as the configuration and adaptation of the storage facility
what do you gain?
subsidy covering significant part of investment costs:
65% for micro/small enterprises
55% for medium enterprises
45% for large enterprises
possibility of combining subsidy with a bank loan
