How to apply for an audit opinion (bank confirmations)?

You can apply for an audit opinion online via mBank CompanyNet.
In order to do so, use the Application to the Bank - Audit Opinion.
The application prepared by an auditor must be signed by authorised representatives of your company (obligatorily) – please use handwritten signatures or qualified electronic signatures.
 
Attach a scan of the auditor’s application for an opinion to the Application to the Bank – Audit Opinion.
Do not send us the application in paper form if you have already applied online.

The audit application should include:

  • REGON number of the client referred to in the application,
  • authorisation for mBank to provide the auditor with information subject to banking secrecy,
  • auditor’s email address to which the audit opinion will be sent.


You can still apply for an audit opinion in paper form.
Do not forget that applications in paper form must also be signed by authorised representatives of your company and must include the data indicated above. Applications in paper form should be sent to the following address:

How will we send the opinion?

Regardless of how you apply for an opinion, we will send it to the indicated auditor in electronic form. The electronic document will be signed using a qualified electronic signature. A document signed this way has legal effect and requires no paper version. Opinions in paper form are sent only to auditors who did not give their email address in the application.

How much does it cost?


In line with the Tariff of Banking Fees and Commissions of mBank for SMEs and Corporates, fees for audit opinions are as follows:

  • opinion on the Client’s bank accounts (including term deposits)                PLN 400.00
    instruction submitted via mBank CompanyNet
  • opinion on the Client’s bank accounts (including term deposits) and other products        PLN 600.00 instruction submitted via mBank CompanyNet
  • opinion on the Client’s bank accounts (including term deposits)                PLN 800.00
     instruction submitted via a channel other than mBank CompanyNet
  • opinion on the Client’s bank accounts (including term deposits) and other products        PLN 1000.00
    instruction submitted via a channel other than mBank CompanyNet

The service of issuing an audit opinion is currently exempt from VAT and mBank does not issue VAT invoices for issuing an audit opinion.
