mBank S.A. would like to inform you about amendments to the "Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing an Integrated Bank Account at mBank S.A.” to be introduced on 9 February 2015, in particular about:

1. modification of provisions concerning tax residency certificates,
2. modification of provisions in relation to the amendment of the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law,
3. update of provisions concerning the security of the mBank CompanyNet system,
4. update of provisions concerning making the mBank CompanyNet system available (requirements related to browsers, through which one can use the mBank CompanyNet system),
5. modification of provisions on the rules of executing HalCash transfers and provisions concerning the rules on executing financial market transactions within the FX mPlatform,
6. adding in the mBank CompanyNet System Customer’s Access Rights Card an option that enables defining the Custom Import format name (expanded import formats),
7. unifying the mBank CompanyNet System User Card and the Authorisation Scheme Card with regard to the project allowing Bank’s Clients to apply for a change of rights to the mBank CompanyNet system by means of electronic documents,
8. introducing in the Identity Card together with information on personal data processing the necessity to provide the expiry date of the identity document and to delete the field “Document confirming the authorisation of the aforesaid person”.

The modified content of the "Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing an Integrated Bank Account at mBank S.A.” enters into force on 9 March 2015.
