The “Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing an Integrated Bank Account at mBank S.A.” will change in the following way on 3 April 2018:

• We’ve added provisions saying that we will record telephone conversations related to the conclusion of term deposit transactions and FX spot transactions over telephone, store the recordings and make them available to clients for a period of 5 years.
• We’ve described the Mobile Authorisation service which enables you to easily and securely authorise transactions using our mobile application.
• We’ve changed the name of the system controller to mBank CompanyNet system administrator.
