Amendments to the “Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing an Integrated Bank Account at mBank S.A.”, the “Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing Bank Accounts at mBank S.A.” and the “Regulations PLN and FX Term Deposits for Institutional Clients”

The “Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing an Integrated Bank Account at mBank S.A.”, the “Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing Bank Accounts at mBank S.A.” and the “Regulations PLN and FX Term Deposits for Institutional Clients” will change in the following way on 25 May 2018:
 

• we have added new information clauses concerning personal data processing in connection with the necessity to adjust the said Regulations to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC,
• we have added provisions regarding VAT accounts in connection with the Act of 15 December 2017 on Amendments to the Goods and Services Tax Act and Certain Other Acts.
