Changes in filing applications for auditor’s opinions

We introduced a new way of filing applications for auditor’s opinions on 19 November 2018.

Quick and Convenient
Applications for auditor’s opinions can be filed online via mBank CompanyNet Internet Customer Service System. In order to do so, use the message template ”Auditor’s Opinion” available in mBank CompanyNet.
Sign the application prepared by the auditor in accordance with the representation rules applicable at your company (obligatorily).
Attach a scan of the application to the message. You are not required to send the application in paper form.

The application should include:

  • REGON number of the client whom the application concerns,
  • authorisation for mBank to provide the auditor with information subject to banking secrecy,
  • auditor’s e-mail address to which we will send the opinion.

You still can submit applications in paper form.
We remind you that applications filed in paper form must include signatures of persons representing the company and the data mentioned above. Applications in paper form should be sent to the following address:
mBank S.A., ul. Traktorowa 143, 91-203 Łódź with the annotation ”DOB-ZOK”.

Regardless of how you file the application, we will send the opinion to the indicated auditor in electronic form. We will sign the document with a qualified electronic signature. Such a document is legally valid. It is not required to provide the document in paper form. We send opinions in paper form only to auditors who have not specified their e-mail addresses in the applications.

Please tell your auditors about the changes.
