As of 14 May 2020, we are amending the “Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing an Integrated Bank Account at mBank S.A.” – Part II “mBank S.A. Internet Customer Service System mBank CompanyNet”:

• we added provisions governing a new method enabling users to verify and confirm their data in mBank online banking (for retail and corporate customers),
• we updated the chapter setting out the principles of concluding Transactions,
• we added provisions enabling the bank to issue electronic invoices and send them to customers via CompanyNet and to provide customers with declarations of will, declarations of knowledge, and notifications via CompanyNet. The option to issue and send electronic invoices via CompanyNet is available for all banking products and services that require invoicing.

In addition, we added a new box “ID card issue date” in the Identification Card and information on personal data processing.
