The “Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing an Integrated Bank Account at mBank S.A.” will change in the following way as of 1 July 2020:

• we added provisions on the future possibility of concluding an Integrated Bank Account Agreement in an electronic form as determined by the Bank,
• we introduced new important reasons for terminating an Integrated Bank Account Agreement,
• we updated the provisions on notifications of refusal to execute orders (fax number was replaced by email address and the application was also modified accordingly),
• we amended the numbering in part 2 of the IBAA Regulations, starting with paragraph 1.

Additionally, we added a new appendix, which will be used for updating data of mCN system users (we will not apply the appendix until the start of the service process).
