We are amending the Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing an Integrated Bank Account at mBank S.A. as of 21 November 2022.
The main change is that we have specified, in greater detail, the reasons for which the bank may terminate a bank account agreement in the case where a client breaches the provisions of the Act of 1 March 2018 on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing or where the bank is not able to duly perform its duties arising from this act.
