We Are Updating the Corporate Card Regulations On August 1, we are changing and updating the corporate card regulations.

Terms and Conditions for Corporate Debit Cards:
We may refuse to authorize a transaction if it could violate international sanctions or the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act (§ 23 sec. 1 point 7),
We have specified how to activate the card so that it can be automatically renewed (§ 30 sec. 4),
We have removed the provisions regarding cut-off times (§ 35 sec. 6 and 7),
We have updated the website address (§ 41 sec. 3),
We may ask the card user to send us a copy of correspondence with the service provider when disputing a transaction (§ 48 sec. 1 point 6). We have also described where to find the documents required to file a transaction complaint (§ 48 sec. 3),
We have updated the provision regarding the client's liability for card usage (§ 54 sec. 1 point 2 letter b),
We have changed the provisions on how we will notify you about changes to the regulations (§ 63 sec. 2, 3, 4, and 9),
We have described when we may terminate the corporate card agreement (§ 65 point 11),
We have clarified which law we are referring to (§ 64 sec. 3),
We have made editorial changes (§ 18 sec. 3 and § 20 sec. 1).

We have updated the website address where we publish information about changes to the regulations (Chapter X sec. 2, 7),
We have added a provision stating that the client is obliged to review the updated regulations within 14 days of receiving them (Chapter X sec. 6).
The updated regulations come into effect on August 1, 2025.
