| Early redemption of subordinated bonds series MBKO101030The Management Board of mBank S.A. (“Bank”) informs about the early redemption of all subordinated bonds of series MBKO101030, issued on October 9, 2018, with a total nominal value of PLN 200,000,000 (in words: two hundred million zlotys), identified by ISIN code PLBRE0005201 (“Bonds”), originally scheduled to mature on October 10, 2030. The early redemption date has been set for October 10, 2025. The record date for determining the right to receive benefits from the early redemption of the Bonds will be October 2, 2025. The Bank has obtained the approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority for the early redemption of the Bonds. All conditions required for early redemption, as specified in the terms and conditions of the Bonds, have been met. The early redemption of the Bonds will be carried out in accordance with the rules and through the system of the Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. The Bank informs that in connection with the early redemption of the Bonds, it will submit a relevant application for the suspension of trading in the alternative trading system operated by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A. and BondSpot S.A., starting from September 30, 2025. | ||||||||||||
