| Adoption of new mBank Group’s Strategy for 2026-2030 The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") informs that on September 17, 2025, it adopted and the Supervisory Board of the Bank approved the new Strategy of mBank Group for 2026-2030 titled " Full Speed Ahead!". Description of main pillars and objectives included in mBank Group’s Strategy for 2026-2030 is provided in the attached summary.
