Costs of legal risk related to foreign currency loans The Management Board of mBank S.A. (“Bank”) informs that in connection with the decision taken on September 29, 2025 by the Bank, the costs of legal risk related to loans indexed to foreign currencies recognized in Q3 2025, amounted to PLN 426.7 million. These costs result mainly from the update of the forecasted number of court cases and the settlement program costs, as well as the update of other model parameters. The final value of costs of legal risk related to loans indexed to foreign currencies in Q3 2025 will be disclosed in the financial statements for Q3 2025 due to be announced on October 30, 2025. | ||||||||||
