The mission of mFaktoring S.A. is to support clients' development by providing them with effective financial solutions. Activities are based on partnership and professionalism, what results in mFaktoring offer satisfying even the most demanding clients.

The company (as Polfactor S.A.) was established by BRE Bank and Intermarket Bank AG in 1995 and is one of the pioneers of the factoring industry in Poland. For more than 20 years the company has been consequently building its market position offering factoring services of highest quality, based on its own experience, knowledge and the support of its shareholder.

mFaktoring provides clients with current activity financing, professional management of receivables, accepts the risk of insolvency, maintains settlement accounts of creditors, and ensures effective enforcement of receivables. It offers services including no-recourse factoring for domestic and export recourse, accepting the risk of insolvency and import credit covers.

mFaktoring remains a leader in IT solutions among factoring companies, it provides its clients with services though a special IT program – Internet Factoring Agreement Management System – Client Manager. This program provides clients with online access to information about their charges, without the need of sending paper versions of their invoices. Such a solution improves the effectiveness of operational activities undertaken by mFaktoring, but above all it allows our clients to manage their receivables more efficiently.

The company has offices in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Katowice, poznań and Wrocław. Its services are the integral part of mBank S.A. corporate offer, therefore the company’s offer is available in all mBank branch offices in Poland for SME and corporates.

mFaktoring is the first Polish member of the Factors Chain International, the largest international network of factors, and of the Polish Factors Association, its members being the factors in Poland.

Factors Chain International (FCI)

FCI is an international organisation for the biggest factoring companies in the world and for banks that offer factoring. Its main objective is to improve international trade relations by financing transactions by way of factoring, and providing related services such as solvency guarantees. At present, FCI members include 273 factors from 74 countries. FCI helps its members to achieve competitive advantage in international factoring services by means of:

  • possibility of profiting from the international network of renowned factoring companies
  • modern online communication system, guaranteeing a cost-effective service provision
  • reliable legal arrangements protecting both the exporters and importers
  • standardised procedures guaranteeing uniform quality
  • set of training programmes
  • international promotion focused on the positioning of international factoring as a preferred financing tool.


Polish Factors Association (PFA)

Polish Factors Association (PFA) is an organisation for the biggest factoring companies active in Poland.
PFA was registered in 2006 as a continuation of the Factoring Institutions Conference.

Objectives of PFA

  • promoting the factoring business by means of cooperation with media,
    forming one and coherent image of the Association, disseminating the positive aspects of factoring services
  • educating through training sessions organised for PFA members, seminars for entrepreneurs
  • common work for the purpose of changing the legal environment
