  • For clients serviced in retail branches: Branches effect FX cash transactions only in USD and EUR in banknotes. The Bank does not provide services to retail clients in the following currencies: the kuna, the yuan, the leu, the lev, the lira, the ruble and the shekel.
  • For SMEs and Corporates: Cash transactions are not effected in the following currencies: BGN (Bulgaria), CNY (China),HRK (Croatia), ILS (Israel), RON (Romania), TRY (Turkey).
  • For SMEs and Corporates: Coins cannot be purchased in the following currencies: AUD (Australia), BGN (Bulgaria), CAD (Canada), CHF (Switzerland), CNY ( China), CZK (the Czech Republic), GBP (Great Britain), HRK (Croatia), HUF (Hungary), ILS (Israel), JPY (Japan), NOK (Norway), RON (Romania), RUB (Russia), SEK (Sweden), TRY (Turkey), USD (United States).
  • For SMEs and Corporates: Commission is charged for every coin purchase, in the amount of 50% of the purchase value.

  • Exchange rates are published with a 15-minute delay as compared to the transaction service.
  • Current exchange rates are set only on business days and only these rates are archived.
  • For non-business days, the exchange rate from the last business day applies.
