Handling EURO transactions on Good Friday

Please be informed that according to the schedule, settlements in EUR executed using euro zone settlement systems will not be made on 3 April 2026 (Good Friday).&nbsp;
Transactions in EUR with the value date falling on 3 April 2026 will be postponed to the next business day, i.e. 7 April 2026.
Transactions in PLN will be executed as usual and during standard hours.

Information on prepaid cards orders execution

<li>Orders for prepaid cards, which are to be executed before Christmas with the courier delivery (cards sent by the bank), should be made via mBank CompanyNet until 11 December by 14:00 at the latest. Applications submitted later will be processed by the bank on an ongoing basis.&nbsp;</li>

Paynow payment gateway service

<li>we will handle payments at the paynow gate as standard.</li>
<li>the mElements helpline will support corporate clients at standard hours.</li>

Loan payments and transfer of funds for loan obligations repayment 
<ul>
<li>Orders for loan disbursement (especially those that we will make in the form of domestic or foreign transfers in 2025) please submit by 30 December by 12:00. Orders submitted after this time will be executed on 2 January 2026.</li>
<li>Funds for the repayment of loans on 29 &ndash; 31 December should be credited to repayment accounts on the preceding business day. Funds received on 31 December will be settled no earlier than on 2 January 2026.</li>
</ul>
Financial market transactions
<ul>
<li>Making transactions and offers (via phone as well as the transaction platform mPlatforma) at the financial market transaction will be possible 31 December by 16:00.</li>

Information on audit opinions (bank confirmations)

How to apply for an audit opinion (bank confirmations)? You can apply for an audit opinion online via mBank CompanyNet. In order to do so, use the Application to Virtual branch &gt;Services Application for an opinion for the auditor. The application prepared by an auditor must be signed by authorised representatives of your company (obligatorily) - please use handwritten signatures or qualified electronic signatures. &nbsp; Attach a scan of the auditor&rsquo;s application for an opinion to the Application to Virtual branch &gt;Services Application for an opinion for the auditor. Do not send us the application in paper form if you have already applied online. The audit application should include:

<li>REGON number of the client referred to in the application,</li>
<li>authorisation for mBank to provide the auditor with information subject to banking secrecy,</li>
<li>auditor&rsquo;s email address to which the audit opinion will be sent.</li>
</ul>
 You can still apply for an audit opinion in paper form. Do not forget that applications in paper form must also be signed by authorised representatives of your company and must include the data indicated above. Applications in paper form should be sent to the following address: mBank S.A., ul. Kilińskiego 74, 90-119&nbsp; Ł&oacute;dź with a note 'DOT-ZOK' How will we send the opinion? Regardless of how you apply for an opinion, we will send it to the indicated auditor in electronic form. The electronic document will be signed using a qualified electronic signature. A document signed this way has legal effect and requires no paper version. Opinions in paper form are sent only to auditors who did not give their email address in the application. How much does it cost? In line with the Tariff of Banking Fees and Commissions of mBank for SMEs and Corporates, fees for audit opinions are as follows:

Changes in the Tariff of Banking Fees and Commissions of mBank for SME and Corporates

<h4>The key changes include:</h4>
<ul>
<li>changing a fee for open postal deposits in PLN made at post offices,</li>
<li>aligning the fees for withdrawals from ATMs branded with the mBank logo,</li>
<li>cancelling the fee for Blue Cash instant PLN transfers,</li>
<li>modification in the area of MT940/CAMT reports, the electronic banking system and the transfer order service,</li>
<li>changing the fee for cash deposits with a Visa Business debit payWave card at cash deposit machines, in the flexible SME package.</li>

Submit a foreign payment in BGN only until 15 December

15 December 2025 is the last day you can submit a foreign payment in BGN (Bulgarian lev), as Bulgaria will join the eurozone on 1 January 2026. Until 29 December 2025, at 6:00 PM, you can exchange BGN funds at a negotiated rate within the mPlatform currency platform between your accounts.

Changes to the credit transfer related to ISO 20022

We implemented the structured counterparty address by adding new address fields:

<li>suite no.,</li>
<li>postal code,</li>
<li>city,</li>
<li>country.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Reason for the changes</h3>
The changes stem from the introduction of ISO 20022, an international, uniform electronic communication standard for financial systems. Information exchange is based on XML files with a clearly defined data structure.
Before we fully transition to the new communication standard, we will give you some time to adapt. Until November 2026, you will be able to use both the structured and the unstructured address (thanks to the option &lsquo;Switch address field&rsquo;).
To facilitate the transition to the new form, we will make it possible to import transfers in the new XML (ISO 20022) PAIN.001.001.09 version. <h3>Schedule of the changes</h3>
We encourage you to implement relevant changes in your ERP systems and to send transfers using the new version of the counterparty address as quickly as possible.
At the same time, we would like to remind you that in November 2026 we will remove the option to order transfers with an unstructured counterparty address within settlements in the SORBNET system as well as in foreign payments, SEPA and EuroExpress transfers. Suspended calculation and collection of the commission for maintaining a pre-defined balance as at the beginning of the first business day of every calendar year

The commission is defined in the Tariff of Banking Fees and Commissions of mBank for SME and Corporates, Chapter I. Bank Accounts &ndash; A. Bank accounts and cash transactions:
&ldquo;46. Maintaining a total of positive balances exceeding jointly PLN 5 million in all current accounts, auxiliary accounts, Auto Overnight &ndash; automatic deposit accounts or Auto Overnight &ndash; Automatic Overnight Deposits, and in term deposits held with the Bank as at the beginning of the first business day of each calendar year.
0.32% of the total of positive balances in PLN (the entire balance) at the beginning of the first business day of each calendar year in all current accounts, auxiliary accounts, Auto Overnight &ndash; automatic deposit accounts or Auto Overnight &ndash; Automatic Overnight Deposits, and in the Client&rsquo;s term deposits held with the Bank.&nbsp; NOTE To calculate the total balance, we add up the positive balances of accounts, Auto Overnight deposits and term deposits maintained in currencies other than PLN &ndash; and we convert the balances in other currencies into PLN using the average exchange rate from the applicable Table of Exchange Rates of mBank S.A. The Bank calculates the commission at the beginning of the first business day of each calendar year and charges the commission within 30 days from that date. If the Client entered into more than one current account agreement or auxiliary account agreement with the Bank or entered into an agreement on Auto Overnight &ndash; automatic deposit account or Auto Overnight &ndash; Automatic Overnight Deposit (one or more) with the Bank, or at least one term deposit agreement, we calculate and charge the commission on the basis of only one current account agreement or auxiliary account agreement or term deposit agreement with reference to the aggregated positive balances of accounts maintained under all such agreements.&rdquo;
