An amended version of the Principles of Acting in the Best Interest of the Client in the Financial Markets Area of mBank S.A. will enter into force on 1 October 2024.
An amended version of the Principles of Acting in the Best Interest of the Client in the Financial Markets Area of mBank S.A. will enter into force on 1 October 2024.
The Principles of Acting in the Best Interest of the Client in the Financial Markets Area of mBank S.A. describe how we:
execute client orders, and
provide the service of reception and transmission of orders to buy or sell financial instruments,
in line with the requirement to act in the best interest of the Client.
In the Information on Mark-up, we specify:
costs and fees connected with the conclusion of transactions, and how we will present them to you. We specify the exchange rate used to convert the estimated mark-up where the transaction currency is different than PLN,
guaranteed mark-ups; the term 'maximum mark-up' used so far has been replaced with 'guaranteed mark-up',
information on mark-ups for the FX swap instrument,
factors affecting the mark-up amount,
the cumulative impact of costs and fees on the return on transactions.
