As of 19 March 2016, the 'Terms and Conditions of Using the Flexible Package for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises' will change. The key changes include:

- adding new provisions governing complaints, including information about where and how one can submit a complaint, time limits for handling complaints and the manner of notifying clients about resolved complaints,
- modifying the personal data protection clauses,
- modifying the client’s authorisations in the Currency Module of the package - we remove the minimum EUR 10,000 threshold for negotiable foreign exchange transactions.

The remaining preferential terms of using individual products and services included in the Package remain unchanged. Should you have any questions or doubts, please contact your Account Manager at mBank.
