Changes in the Conditions of Using the Package for SMEs
Please be informed that on 20 December 2016 r. mBank S.A. introduces amendments to the:
Conditions for Using the Package for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises at mBank S.A. in the 'EFEKT' and 'EFEKT Plus' versions
Conditions for Using the Package for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises at mBank S.A. in the 'EFEKT HZ' version
Conditions for Using the Package for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises at mBank S.A. in the 'EFEKT Inwestycyjny' version
The key changes include:
modifying the client’s authorisations - we remove the minimum EUR 10,000 threshold for negotiable foreign exchange transactions and the minimum PLN/EUR 40,000 threshold for term deposits,
change in the interest rate on funds in current and auxiliary accounts to the general rules (the applicable rate on SME and Corporates’ current and auxiliary accounts is 0% p. a.) Decision on the change in the rate has been triggered by interest rates level set by the Monetary Policy Council. Preferential terms of using Automatic Overnight Deposits remain unchanged,
removing the provisions governing the withdrawn financing offer - due to development of mBank’s product offering. Now, small and medium-sized enterprises may apply for more products up to the PLN 1,000,000 limit as part of Financing for SMEs under the generally applicable terms,
adding new provisions governing complaints, including information about where and how one can submit a complaint, time limits for handling complaints and the manner of notifying clients about resolved complaints,
modifying the personal data protection clauses.
The remaining preferential terms of using individual products and services included in the Packages remain unchanged. Should you have any questions or doubts, please contact your Account Manager at mBank.
