Amendments to the Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing Bank Accounts at mBank S.A.
We are amending the Regulations on Opening, Holding and Closing Bank Accounts at mBank S.A. as of 21 November 2022.
The key changes are as follows:
we have specified, in greater detail, the reasons for which the bank may terminate a bank account agreement in the case where a client breaches the provisions of the Act of 1 March 2018 on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing or where the bank is not able to duly perform its duties arising from this act,
we have simplified the language of the Regulations.
