We are amending the Description of Transactions in Debt Securities
We are amending the Description of Transactions in Debt Securities ('Transaction Description').
Key changes concern buy-back transactions:
we introduced a delivery cut-off time, that is the time by which the seller should deliver securities,
we specified, in greater detail, the buyer’s rights in the case where the seller does not deliver securities by the cut-off time.
We encourage you to read the new Transaction Description, which will enter into force on 1 March 2023.
