Amendments to the Regulations mBank S.A. Internet Customer Service System mBank CompanyNet
On 20 July 2026, we are amending the Appendix Rules for Executing Payments at mBank to the Regulations mBank S.A. Internet Customer Service System mBank CompanyNet:
we updated the rules for executing payment orders by payment service providers and their agents. This is connected with the Polish Bank Association’s update of the Harmonised Standard for Encoding Information Accompanying Transfers in the Context of Services Provided to Non-Bank Payment Institutions,
we added a provision regarding a mechanism for identifying accounts in the currency of incoming transfers for incoming Express Elixir transfers,
we supplemented the provisions on the exchange rates we use when executing transfers,
we added SEPA Instant transfer execution rules for the Collect product, which will be effective from 9 January 2027.
