We are amending the Regulations on Executing Payment Orders Submitted as Requests for Transfer
On 24 June 2026, we will amend the Regulations on Executing Payment Orders Submitted as Requests for Transfer
What will change:
Within the Request for Transfer service, it is now possible to submit payment instructions in the MX standard in the pain.001.001.09 format (compliant with ISO 20022).
This is why:
we have updated terms and definitions in the Regulations on Executing Payment Orders Submitted as Requests for Transfer
we have updated Chapter 2 “Execution of a Request for Transfer”
we have removed Chapter 8 “Request for Transfer Message Format Specification”. The specification of the format of a request for transfer has been moved to separate documents, which we publish on the website data exchange file structures between mBank and financial and accounting systems – transfers, tab “Request for Transfer”.
The full text of the new document is available on our website: forms and regulations – tab “request for transfer”.
Please note that the SWIFT MT101 Request for Transfer service in its current form will only be available until 14 November 2026. We recommend that you prepare for migration to the new ISO 20022 standard as soon as possible.
