| The Management Board of mBank S.A. in Warsaw ("|Bank"|) announces that by resolution no. 1028/2021 of 8 October 2021 the Management Board of Giełda Papieró|w Wartościowych w Warszawie SA (Warsaw Stock Exchange) admitted 8,365 ordinary bearer shares of the Bank with nominal value of PLN 4.00 per share to trading on the stock market and decided that they would be traded on the primary stock market starting from 12 October 2021. | The aforementioned shares were issued based on resolution No. 38 of the Annual General Meeting of the Bank dated 9 May 2018 on the issue of subscription warrants, conditional share capital increase with divestment of the existing shareholders' pre-emptive right to subscription warrants and shares, change of the company's by-Laws and on applying for admission of shares to trading on the regulated market, and dematerialisation of shares.| The aforementioned shares of mBank S.A. will start trading on 12 October 2021, provided that the Central Securities Depository of Poland (KDPW) registers these shares and assigns the code PLBRE0000012 to them on 12 October 2021.| |
