Appointment of the Management Board of BRE Bank SA for a new term - additional information

Current Report No. 42/2013The Management Board of BRE Bank SA announces, with reference to Current Report No. 37/2013 dated 11 April 2013, that the Supervisory Board of the Bank appointed the Management Board for a new term as of 12 April 2013.Furthermore, the Supervisory Board decided that from 12 April 2013 to the day on which the Polish Financial Supervision Authority grants its consent to the appointment of Lidia Jabł|onowska-Luba as Vice-President of the Management Board and Chief Risk Officer of the Bank, the responsibilities would be temporarily entrusted to Cezary Stypuł|kowski, President of the Management Board of BRE Bank SA.
