Further to report 102/2013 of 9 October 2013 regarding the registration of 2,745 shares of the Bank in the Central Securities Depository of Poland (KDPW S.A.), the Management Board of BRE Bank SA ("|Bank"|) announces that the aforesaid report contained erroneous data. One of the sentences included in the report read as follows: "|Following the registration, the total number of the Bank's shares registered in KDPW under the code PLBRE0000012 will be 42,153,497."| It should be as follows: "|Following the registration, the total number of the Bank's shares registered in KDPW under the code PLBRE0000012 will be 42,154,997."| |
