In connection with the registration on 22 September 2017 by the Central Securities Depository of Poland (KDPW) of 25,579 shares of mBank S.A. ("|Bank"|), the Bank's Management Board announces that as a result of the aforementioned registration the Bank's share capital increased as at 22 September 2017 by the amount of PLN 102,316 At present, the Bank's share capital amounts to PLN 169,245,020 and is divided into 42,311,255 ordinary registered and bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 4 each.
