(the Bank) announces, that on 16 February 2017 Vice President of the Management Board &ndash| Head of Operations and Information Technology, Jarosław Mastalerz, has informed the Bank of his intention to resign from his functions performed in the Bank in the nearest future. The reason for the Mr Mastalerz resignation is his intention to engage in development and commercializing of new technologies in the finance sector within the project realized in cooperation with the Bank. |
