The Management Board of mBank S.A. (The Bank), in reference to the report 117/2014 of 17 December 2014, informs that subordinated bonds will be listed:
- on the alternative trading system for debt securities operated by BondSpot SA with its registered office in Warsaw starting from 14 July 2015. The legal basis are: Resolution No. 110/15 of 30 June 2015, and Resolution No. 125/15 of 10 July 2015 of the Management Board of BondSpot SA.
- on the alternative trading system for debt securities operated by Giełda Papieró|w Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. starting from 14 July 2015. The legal basis are: Resolution No. 620/2015 of 30 June 2015, and Resolution No. 668/2015 of 10 July 2015 of the Board of the Giełda Papieró|w Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A
