| The Management Board of mBank S.A. hereby informs that on 31 March 2014 mBank S.A. (the &ldquo|Bank) acquired bonds issued by the Bank in the total number of 650 with the total nominal value of PLN 65,000,000. The legal basis for the acquisition of the aforementioned debt securities is the Bank&rsquo|s agreement with the transferor. The average purchase price of the bond together with interest amounted to PLN 102,249.86. The reason for the acquisitions was the intent of the parties to the transaction, and as a result of the acquisition 650 bonds were redeemed. The bonds acquired by the Bank were issued under Bonds and Bank Securities Issue Program up to the amount of PLN 5,000,000,000. |
