| The Management Board of mBank S.A. (the &ldquo|Bank&rdquo|) pursuant to obtained information notifies that: 1. By the Resolution of 7 February 2014 the Management Board of Giełda Papieró|w Wartościowych w Warszawie SA (Warsaw Stock Exchange) decided to float on 17 February 2014, under regular procedures, 500 ordinary shares of the Bank labeled with the code PLBRE0000020 of the Krajowy Depozyt Papieró|w Wartościowych SA (the Central Securities Depository of Poland). The admission of the said shares of the Bank into stock exchange trading as of 17 February 2014 will take place provided that the Krajowy Depozyt Papieró|w Wartościowych SA (the Central Securities Depository of Poland) converts the aforementioned registered shares of the Bank into ordinary bearer shares on 17 February 2014, and upon their assimilation with the Bank&rsquo|s shares traded on the stock exchange under code PLBRE0000012. 2. On 7 February 2014 the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papieró|w Wartościowych SA (the Central Securities Depository of Poland) decided to assimilate 500 ordinary bearer shares of the Bank, which occurred after the conversion of 500 ordinary registered shares of the Bank bearing the code PLBRE0000020 made on 17 February 2014 with 42,157,558 ordinary bearer shares under code PLBRE0000012. The assimilated shares shall bear the code of PLBRE0000012. As at 17 February 2014: 1) 42,158,058 of the Bank&rsquo|s shares shall bear code PLBRE0000012, 2) 17,500 of the Bank&rsquo|s shares shall bear code PLBRE0000020. |
