The Management Board of mBank S.A. informs that on 27 March 2014 Fitch Rating confirmed: 1. mBank&rsquo|s long-term foreign currency Issuer Default Rating at the &ldquo|A&rdquo| level with the change from stable prospect to negative, 2 mBank&rsquo|s short-term foreign currency IDR at the &ldquo|F1&rdquo| rating, 3. support rating at &ldquo|1&rdquo| level. Viability rating remains unchanged at &lsquo|bbb-'. The agency also confirmed the ratings for the unsecured debt - senior unsecured debt - at: "|A"| (long-term rating) and "|F1"| (short-term rating) and the rating of unsecured bonds issued by mFinance France at "|A"| (long-term). The change in mBank&rsquo|s rating prospects results from the change of Commerzbank&rsquo|s long-term rating prospects from stable to negative, which is the consequence of Fitch&rsquo|s global review of country&rsquo|s support for European banks. Commerzbank was in the group of 18 European commercial banks, which experienced the decrease in rating prospects to negative by Fitch on 26 March.
