The Management Board of mBank S.A. (&ldquo|the Bank&rdquo|) informs that on 3 March 2014 it adopted a resolution to request the Annual General Meeting of the Bank to review the motion for profit distribution for 2013, comprising the motion for dividend payment for shareholder of the Bank for 2013. In accordance with the motion of Bank&rsquo|s Management Board, the amount of PLN 716,984,486 will be allocated for the dividends for shareholders, whereas the dividend per share amounts to PLN 17. The Bank&rsquo|s Management Board recommends that the dividend date was determined on 5 May 2014 (dividend date), and the dividend payment date on 19 May 2014 (dividend payment date). The Management Board&rsquo|s motion on dividend payment to shareholders for 2013 was presented to the Supervisory Board for review in accordance with Article 382 §| 3 of the Code of Commercial Partnerships and Companies. On 3 March 2014 the Bank&rsquo|s Supervisory Board approved the petition of the Bank&rsquo|s Management Board to present the Bank&rsquo|s Annual General Meeting with a proposal of dividend payment to shareholders for 2013.
