| The Management Board of mBank S.A. informs that on 31 March 2014 the XXVII General Meeting of mBank SA adopted a resolution on the profit distribution for 2013. Therefore, the dividend for 2013 shall be paid out. The amount of PLN 716,984,486 will be allocated for the dividends for shareholders, whereas the dividend per share amounts to PLN 17. The dividend date shall be 5 May 2014 (dividend date), and the dividend payment date on 19 May 2014 (dividend payment date). Number of shares eligible for dividend in 2013 is 42,175,558. |
