| With regard to the current report no. 128/2013 dated 3 December 2013, the Management Board of mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("|Bank"|) informs in accordance with sec. 6.4. and 6.6. of the terms and conditions of the subordinated bonds of the series BREO201223 (Catalyst abbreviation: MBK1223) (the &ldquo|Bonds&rdquo|) that the Bank has decided to perform an early redemption of all Bonds, with total nominal value of PLN 500.000.000 (in words: five hundred million zlotys). | Date of the determination of right to benefits from Bonds: 12th December 2018.| The early redemption date is: 20th December 2018.| The Bank has obtained the Polish Financial Supervision Authority&rsquo|s (KNF&rsquo|s) approval for the early redemption of the Bonds. |
