| With regard to the current report no. 50/2018 dated 9 October 2018, the Management Board of mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("|Bank"|) informs that on 28 November 2018 r. the Bank received the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) granting the KNF&rsquo|s approval to qualify the following proceeds as the Bank&rsquo|s Tier II instruments: 1) subordinated bonds of MBKO101028 series in the amount of 550,000,000.00 PLN (in words: five hundred fifty million zlotys) and 2) subordinated bonds of MBKO101030 series in the amount of 200,000,000.00 PLN (in words: two hundred million zlotys). |
