Consolidated and standalone Annual Report for 2023 will be published on 29 February 2024 instead of 1 March 2024.

Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2024 and change of the date of publication of the Annual Report for 2023 With reference to the current report No. 65/2022 dated 23 December 2022, the Management Board of mBank S.A. informs about the change of the date of publication of the consolidated and standalone Annual Report for 2023. Consolidated and standalone Annual Report for 2023 will be published on 29 February 2024 instead of 1 March 2024. The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") announces the publication dates of the periodic reports: 1) Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2023 – 29 February 2024 2) Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 – 30 April 2024 3) Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2024 containing condensed semi-annual standalone financial statements – 1 August 2024 4) Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 – 31 October 2024 5) Consolidated and standalone Annual Report 2024 – 28 February 2025. In addition, the Management Board of mBank announces that the Bank decided not to publish consolidated quarterly reports for the second and fourth quarters pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state. At the same time, the Management Board of the Bank informs that the selected non-audited financial data of mBank Group for the fourth quarter of 2023 in the form of a current report will be published on 8 February 2024 and the selected non-audited financial data of mBank Group for the fourth quarter of 2024 in the form of a current report will be published on 6 February 2025.
