The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") informs that on October 14, 2024, dr Bettina Orlopp resigned from her position as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank as of December 12, 2024. The Supervisory Board's Remuneration and Nomination Committee recommended Michael Kotzbauer as a candidate for the vacant position. His appointment to the Bank's supervisory board depends on a positive assessment of his suitability. Michael Kotzbauer serves as vice-president of the management board of Commerzbank AG responsible for the corporate client segment. | |||||||||||
