The Management Board of mBank S.A. with reference to current report no. 22/2024 of April 26, 2024, informs that on June 5, 2024, the Supervisory Board of mBank S.A. conditionally appointed Mr. Cezary Kocik to the position of President of the Management Board of mBank S.A. Mr. Cezary Kocik will take over the position of President of the Management Board of mBank S.A. after obtaining the consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and after the termination of office of the current President of the Management Board - Mr. Cezary Stypułkowski.
