The Management Board of mBank S.A. informs that on June 5, 2024, the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of the Supervisory Board of mBank S.A. recommended to the Supervisory Board the election of Mr. Krzysztof Bratos as a candidate for the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for Retail Banking of mBank S.A. in place of Mr. Cezary Kocik, conditionally appointed to the position of President of the Management Board. Krzysztof Bratos has over 18 years of banking experience gathered through various global institutions. He joined mBank in 2015 and since 2021 he has been Managing Director responsible for Private Banking, Wealth Management and Brokerage Bureau. | ||||||||||||
