Bank completed the settlement process for the AT1 Bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1.5 billion.

In reference to the current report No. 57/2024 dated 15 November 2024
regarding the determination of the final terms for capital bonds series
MBK01 that are to meet the conditions for qualification as an Additional
Tier 1 instrument, as referred to in Article 27a(1)(a) of the Bonds Act
of January 15, 2015 (“AT1 Bonds”), the Management Board of mBank S.A.
(“Bank”) hereby informs that on 6 December 2024 the Bank completed the
settlement process for the AT1 Bonds with a total nominal value of PLN
1.5 billion.


On 6 December 2024, the AT1 Bonds were registered under ISIN code
PLBRE0005227 with the securities depository maintained by the National
Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych,
KDPW). The AT1 Bonds were introduced to the alternative trading system
on Catalyst platform operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, under the
abbreviated name “MBK01PERP-K”. The first day of listing is 6 December
2024.


The capital bonds will be qualified to the Bank’s own funds as
Additional Tier 1 instruments after obtaining the relevant consent from
the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
