Consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to include capital bonds of the Bank series MBK01 as Additional Tier 1 capital instruments In reference to the current report no. 60/2024 dated 6 December 2024, the Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that on 31 December 2024 the Bank received decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approving qualification of the capital bonds series MBK01 of total nominal value of PLN 1,500,000,000 issued by the Bank on 6 December 2024, as the Bank’s Additional Tier I capital instruments.
