| Costs of legal risk related to foreign currency loans The Management Board of mBank S.A. (âBankâ) informs that in connection with the decision taken on June 26, 2025 by the Bank, the costs of legal risk related to loans indexed to foreign currencies recognized in Q2 2025, amounted to PLN 539,6 million. These costs result mainly from the update of the settlement program costs, the forecasted number of court cases, as well as the update of other model parameters. The final value of costs of legal risk related to loans indexed to foreign currencies in Q2 2025 will be disclosed in the financial statements for the first half of 2025 due to be announced on July 31, 2025. | ||||||||||||
