The Management Board of mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, acting pursuant to Article 399.1. of the Code of Commercial Companies and § 10.1. of the By-laws of the Bank, taking into account the request to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank received from the shareholder Commerzbank AG, submitted pursuant to Article 400.1 of the Code of Commercial Companies, hereby convenes the 17th Extraordinary General Meeting , "the EGM".
