| Consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to include subordinated bonds of the Bank with a total nominal value of EUR 400 million as Tier II capital instruments. The Management Board of mBank S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 29 August 2025, the Bank received a decision from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approving the qualification of subordinated bonds of series 14, identified by ISIN XS3090129332, with a total nominal value of EUR 400,000,000, issued by the Bank on 25 June 2025, as Tier II capital instruments. Information regarding the completion of the subscription of the aforementioned bonds was disclosed in current report no. 35/2025 dated 17 June 2025, while details concerning the settlement of the issue and the admission of the bonds to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange were provided in current report no. 36/2025 dated 25 June 2025. | ||||||||||||
