Increase in the maximum amount of the EMTN Programme to EUR 5 Billion Management Board of mBank S.A. (the “Bank”) informs that on 9 September 2025 it adopted a resolution to increase the maximum amount of the Euro Medium Term Note Programme (“EMTN Programme”) from EUR 3,000,000,000 (equivalent to PLN 12,762,000,000 according to the average NBP exchange rate as of 9 September 2025) to EUR 5,000,000,000 (in words: five billion euro, equivalent to PLN 21,270,000,000 according to the average NBP exchange rate as of 9 September 2025).
